If you are an Indian then you must be knowing her..well, if you ask any female about her then you will get the answer..”she is a great person…she makes very good television serials” and if you ask the same question to any male then the answer will be..”damn! she should stop making serials now..fedup with her old stuff..”
Now let me give you the correct answer..she is producer of many television serials (basically all starting with K..lol) and she is Creative Director of Balaji Telefilms
The point is starting this topic is to let you know that how pathetic her serials are…yet her serials are the ones with very high TRP, All her serials will have one story but different actors and timings…all the serials will have following common things for sure…
- All her serials will start with the letter K and many be some spelling mistakes which are made purposely..(for example Kkusum)
- Joint big family with all kind of characters
- A female, so called Bahu loved by everyone, she knows everything, from doing Pooja at home to being detective (you know sometimes you need to findout who is doing wrong things in the family)
- Atleast one person having extra martial affair..
- A female, who hates everyone and does everything for money and property
- 2 people are discussing something secret with the doors opened, 3rd person is listening to them (this happens in every episode)
- Most loved person at home dies, but the face is covered of the dead body and guess what..he comes back after sometime…
- Every serial will go ahead for 15-20 years..
- In the beginning you will see old characters with few white hairs but as serial moves on you see only black..lol..suddenly they all become young..as they where 20 years ago..the only difference will be, their kids will be around 20-22 year old (i.e. approx same age in reality)
haha this won’t stop ever…

Yes i agree that if one person does not like so there is no point is stopping production but here the story is different…these serials affect the real lives of people….where beer does not…
in small villages people try to act like these characters, get inspired whether it is negative or positive….
I totally agree that she is the queen of television industry and makes real good money but there is not point in showing the same stuff in all the serials….
her all serials have marriage once in a month, occasion every month, all serials forward 20 years ahead…. instead of this she can think of something different…creative which makes ALL sit and watch serial…

I went thru this page & the minlessness of so many fellow Indians bothers me!! I am generally democratic in my outlook - “to each his own, I say”, but this is just plain ridiculous!!
I mean, there’s a limit where it must end. I mean, when Tulsi’s next move becomes more important than the PM’s address from the United States Congress, then its crossing limits.
People r involved more with the fictional fate of a Virani family than the fate of a collective nation!! It doesn’t matter whether inflation is high, whether the Govt’s policies r wrong, if there’s corruption everywhere, as long as there’s Tulsi and her great dilemma of choosing between ethics & her family. Sometimes, I think that people might palpitate on the News that Ekta Kapoor’s serials are off-air, as compared to a war in J&K.
This is just plain ridiculous. Ok, she knows how to make TV serials that sells (they r just plain SHIT as far as I am concerned). But, to hype her as the face of modern Indian woman & for the common woman to glorify her as a great TV maker is incorrect. I think the problem is that, we as a society are emotional people, while America is a scientific people. We are high on melo-drama, high on family values, how-so-ever unrealistic & cheesy they might be.
Its a little sad for the other TV makers. As I mentioned in a previous post about Himesh Reshamiyya, what’s the use of giving subtle & good TV serials, when ur target crowd r a bunch of people high on emotions & melodrama, who hav no ability to appreciate subtelty or raed between the lines.
Anyways, I think Star One has shown that Indian TV is much more than sob-serials full of tasteless, repeated, cliched plots & conniving wamps.
Shows like Special Squad, Guns N Roses, Hotel Kingston are a breath of fresh air (still low on subteltey, but a good effort nonetheless).
One can only hope, that we lose our emotional-thick-skinnedness & become more intellectual & subtle people.
One can also hope that, in the future, the Indian PM’s address in the United States Congress is given more importance than Tulsi’s whimperings.

apka serial dekhte hue ham dukhi ho ja rahe hai. apke serial me Tulsi Kasish Simran every women are very good, but they so dumb.
becase sahena accha hai lekin kisi ko itna bhi achcha nehi hona chaihe.Apke serial me bura admi logo ka khatma nahi hota hai, aur agar hota bhi hai usme bhi koi na koi achcha admi fash jata hai. Isiliye aajkal apka kaee serial humlog dekhna chor diya hai.
Pls apko binti hai achcha logo ko fasana bandh kijie,nahito aaplog 75% viwers hara denge. Pls help us.

To all Ekta fans,
Please change ur mentality, don’t watch any of Ekta’s serials, u definately spoil ur life watching her serials, nothing to learn from her serials, infact indirectly u all are damaging ur life, I hate her concepts, totally unrealistic, unbelievable, bad impact on Indian sociaty. we south Indians don’t watch Ekta’s serials, we have far far far better serials in regional languages.
For example in Kannada , Mr T N Seetaram produces classic serials, I suggested your gr8 Ekta to sit and watch his serials, they are so heart tiuching, so realistic, music so classical .. tooooo good, hats off to Mr T N Seetaram, all his sereals usually starts with ‘M’ ,e.g, Manwantar, Muktha, Mayamruga.. all the serials are super hit, I’m highly impressed by his serials.
Please don’t watch Ekta’s serials and dont waste your time, better watch National geographic, discovery and Planet asia, and do learn something good…
I hate ekta Kapoor stupid concepts and ugly music.

Kahin To Hoga is a great soap opera but Charu makeslook all bad. She comes in the way of like everything between Kashish and Sujal. Kashish(Amna Shariff) and Sujal (Rajeev Khandelwal) rock! But the new Sujal( Gurpreet) is doind an oka job and actualyy looks good!!!!

Hi EKta this is Karina (Canada) I love all ur drammas but the only problem is that i have to rent them.In America they have the satillite Star Plus.But in Canada nooooooooooooo theres only sony thats sooooooooooooooooooooooo boring.And u also havea lot of fanz in Canada as well as America. But the 1’s in Canada like u and ur drammas more. All of Canada loves u and ur dramas.But my favorite dramma’s is Kahin To Hoga (the most) Kesar, Kyunki Saas Bhi………, and of corse KkavyaAnjali. But I have this one question. You always make the girl poor and the guy like stinkin rich. That is like sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ubfair to us girls! Also u always have like 2-3 girls attached to that 1 guy. An example would be mihir with tulsi and Mandira. KkavyAnjali kavya is stuck with Pummi and Abjali. And in Kahin to Hoga Sujal with Kashish and Charu(my mom hates her) You should make a dramma or soap opera that is a love story. And if u need any help with the name it could be Karina somethin. ANd make sure their is only 1 girl and guy. You should get kashish( Amna) and Rajeev Khandelwal(Sujal0m to act in it. Or soime other guy. Remember to make that kind of dramma!
