but smtp is in smtp.vsnl.net only

I have been using user id vijayvk@vsnl.com or vijayvk@bom3.vsnl.net.in.
I have configured the email on my outlook , but whenever i send mail from different ISP I get an error.
I have set the pop3 to bom3.vsnl.net.in and smtp: smtp.vsnl.net
Please help me on how to configure the outlook so that I can send and receive mail.
Else I would have to switch on to different mail domain and also the different internet service provider.

I called up the customer care but everytime they come saying it takes 48 hrs and unfortunately i guess for them its yet to come till date and there are no follow up.But when i delay in paying for the broadband they are constant follow up and one day delay my account is inactive.This is what service they provide.Till i am still looking for VSNL technical person to come back to me to get my problem solved..Hope this is rectified in this century.</description>
