The main reason for saying this is, their latest venture Mumbai Mirror, they started with bang and slowly slowly going down..now they have started distributing Mumbai Mirror with the copy of TOI for free... and this proves that they cannot fight Mid Day and like this, I think they will find really tough against HT also.. lets see how times goes and things change... HT will probably have to wait a while(read a lot of time) before it can hope to run past TOI.
