I have parked one of my domain names on SEDO to sell, so today one guy mailed me saying he is interested in buying the domain name and asked me how much I would like to charge him….I replied back saying $700 and he agreed on it and asked me to get some domain appraisal certificate from some company…..

So before doing anything I just googled for it ;) (copied the lines from his mail and pasted in google ;) ) and I found that it was a scam and I also confirmed the same with one of my friends who deals in domains….

They (there are many others also like him) agree with whatever price you tell them and ask you to get domain appraisal certificate and once you are done with it, they ask you pay some $200 for document and send it to his lawyer….and in the end you end up paying dollars and they run away….

Anyways, following is the exact copy of the mail I received from him:

A great movie..watching it currently, I donno I somehow feel like watching that movie again and again..very different and natural love story….no family drama nothing just tale of a couple who loves each other but cannot find out the meaning of the feelings they had between themselves..

Same kind of things happening around in my personal life too…nothing related to love but related to the title of movie…socha na tha….unexpected things are happening and unfortunately this time bad things are happening…but that’s how life is right? haha.. Just trying to make myself smile…

You must have heard Chai wala chai many times but now the time has changed and you see representatives of newspaper companies on the newspaper stands to sell / advertise their paper…

The competition has become so much that they have to come on the streets to sell the paper….which is again a good sign but if they were accepting the subscriptions on the streets then it would have been just great….no need to call them and wait for their person to come to your place and then wait for newspaper copy to arrive….this whole process takes around 15 days…

But this competition has affected everyone and changed the mind of many people including me…it was time when there were 2 good newspapers, Times of India (not sure how good it is but many people like it) and Indian Express….
