In future i decided not to keep any dealings with uti bank/ Axis Bank. What a bank? I have not faced such a experience in any other bank. I have been using it for over a year and all common place/everyday issues are so easy to resolve. ICICI is supposed to be No 1 in service. May be they fudge their accounts ?
