Many people still believe that India is a poor country and it doesn’t have enough money…I got to know about this when I had posted a thread on neowin regarding google PC news…I saw some of the replies as “cheap computer is good for poor countries like India”…

I did not argue much there since I did not want the topic to become off topic…I saw one of the posters from India also reflecting the same views…I do not understand why these people do not go beyond small villages? I agree there are many villages which are poor but that’s certainly not India..that is part of the India….and it does not make whole country poor….

If India was poor then you would not have found Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, IBM, Infosys, Wipro and many other big companies here….I won’t call India as rich but it can be definitely called as Developing country…poor countries are the ones who do not have money for food or are totally in debt…but these people fail to understand that and couple of visits to india or less information about the country makes them arrive at decision of calling India as poor country…

So the ones who think India is poor country needs to clear their basics first….

I just got couple of songs from my friend Sushubh, the songs are by a band called bodhiTree from XLRI, Jamshedpur

Great songs; like Sushubh recommends, I will also recommend the song XL Ki Kudiyan and 2nd place takes song called GMD…but this one is not for kids…the person who sings has a great song…I think he should try out in Indian Idol 2… ;)

You can download the songs from here or here

Sucks..this totally sucks..my MSN Messenger sucks..I have faced this problem earlier too and now again today….My friend transferred mp3 file on the messenger and when I clicked on it…bomb..messenger deleted it…says it has potentially harmful content…what the hell!! How can a virus be in mp3 file…it’s a bloody song…

Too bad…and I couldn’t find option to disable that stupid alert / check also….

So the best way would be…don’t click on the MP3 file after the transfer…go to the folder where it has been downloaded and play it from there…

I switched my company account to UTI Bank few months back. (Earlier I was with ICICI) I must say they rock; very good bank with great customer support.

I have called them few times with the queries and surprisingly they solved my queries in less than 1 day. (Mostly instantly)

Where in case of my earlier bank ICICI, I had to call them, explain the stuff and in the end I hear a sweet voice saying we have noted down your query and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Then some of them emails asking for details, whole process takes more 2-3 days and the end result? Most of the time queries remain unsolved…

Where here with UTI, I give details to the person in call center, she checks the stuff and tells me what exactly went wrong and they will try to fix it at that time itself.

The good example would be yesterday’s example, when one of my client’s cheque had not cleared for more than 5-6 days, I called them up, gave the details about the cheque, I waited for couple of minutes and got the reason why the cheque was not cleared, they assured me that they will fix the issue from there on my behalf and cheque will be cleared in 2-3 days.
