		<description>i agree to this fact. i am facing a illing issue where i am billed for a dead phone and no internet connection. that too rs.1100 which has never been my bill in the last 6 years of mtnl connection. july 2009 was the month i was billed. that month i stopped bribing the lineman( the habbit was created by my mom unknowingly, as a token of appreciation for his work. but he took it as his birthright )</description>

		<description>I have been using the MTNL Triband 199 plan for over 2.5 yrs now and was pretty happy. Till I got a shocker. I would use it for usual mails and occasional video chats. I would ensure that I don&#039;t consume over 20Mb per day. Over the past 2 months I have been noticing that the usage meter shows downloads of over 100Mb per day even though my usage has been fairly the same..!

		<description>I have 512kbps upto 10GB download broadband connection from MTNL Delhi. It was working fine for last 1 year. But since september, it is giving me trouble. It hardly works for more than 10 minutes without disconnection. Its very very irritating &amp; frustating now. I have logged so many complaints with MTNL Customer care(1504). But MTNL people are not able to resolve the issue. These people have just no way to reach upto the root cause of the problem. They are still working as if they are in 19th century. They don&#039;t have instruments to check where the connection is breaking. I think now I need to switch to some other service provider. As a last minute check just want to seek help from you if someone has any solution for this problem. Thanks in advance for all advise &amp; guidance to resolve this.

I have changed my tariff on 30 jun. the call centre &quot;smarty&quot; forwarded the work order only on 01 jul. the new tariif will come into force only on the next month. MTNL says they are not repossible(DE/Commercial Officer). call centre says they cant do anything now.. good loop i am made to run thru.
