You must have heard of great pakistani bands like Strings, Jal, Fuzon, Junoon etc…but very few people know about this great band Aaroh…they have been around for so long but not very well promoted in India….
Couple of years back they were in India for promotion of some Sanjay Datt starrer movie (I think it was Rakht), they had sung / composed the title rock song of that movie…. but unfortunately it didn’t work…and after that the band disappeared from India…
I got to know about this band in late 2003, they had just released their album, Sawaal, Hindi rock with solid lyrics…I really enjoyed all the songs of that album and I still listen to that album many times…it is one of my favorites…
After that, for 3 years….I did not hear anything from that band…but now they are back with their new single Pyaar Ka Jaal…again…very good song and is must download….

If you are fan of Hindi Rock, then you must grab the copy of their album Sawaal and if you are hater of Hindi Rock, give this album a try, I am sure you will start loving it…

Hi deep!
Good to hear this. I heard the song few days back. It is good but last album of Aaroh is very good. Also, if you can get, try to search the final episode of Pepsi battle of the bands. Aaroh is the finalist along with EP (the band with two drummers) and it is just a treat to listen to these two in that episode. Now both are established ones.
And by the way is it hindi… ? :D… I don’t think so….

Aaroh is one of my favourite bands as well.
You should listen to ‘CALL’ also. A paki band.
