Because that has to be shown during quarterly audits and inspections.. But for this Speed Post service, the Postal department charges extra charges, but not doing their services. Then what is the use of sending by Speed Post.. They never change their attitude..because no is there to question them.. they should realise/understand. that, they are public servants, working for the public, getting salary from the public money..It is better utilise the services of any courier company.
