This kind of telephonic deal must be dangerous and would imply a lot of hidden items. i am waiting for their offer in paper. but no response. So the question is about ethics here.. I am not saying other card companies are good but they are atleast much better than SBI.. I dont know how SBI got the award it is surely not worth it..
