I filled their online form for triband and waited for a week for their reply. so finally when i called them , they said that 'internet se kuch form nahi aata hai, you have to come to telephone xchange n fill the form' even after going there i found that they didnt know much abt triband internet n all. i experienced similar thing when i wanted 2 get triband. HAHAHA hahaha
