I have been with ResellerZoom for the past 5 months+ and I should say their support was simply the best I have noticed so far! Even add features in my WHM at no extra cost!

I have 2 reseller accounts with RZ.

Its an Indian Company i feel.. I have worked with Sanjay,Sari,Jay and Vikas.

hmm yea Dreamhost is costlier compared to Hostgator but I personally do not believe in changing hosts unless it is very much necessary.. hostgator is also not bad.. but do check webhostingtalk.com before switching the hosts..

I am happy with Dreamhost too but its a bit expensive and the unavailability of Cpanel is a problem sometimes although their own panel is powerful.
Even hostgator has excellent support and cheaper than Dreamhost.
